Bob Pegg is an English folk musician and story-teller from Nottingham. His first experiences in the thriving British folk scene were in the late 1960s, where he performed in the duo Bob & Carole Pegg with his then-wife Carole Pegg. Later he co-founded the cult folk-rock band Mr. Fox, recorded two albums as Bob Pegg & Nick Strutt, as well as several solo albums. Bob and Carole Pegg recorded one album with Bill Leader, He Came From the Mountains, before going on to form the cult folk-rock band Mr.
