Harel Skaat was born on the 8th of August in Kfar Saba. He is the middle child with an older sister and a younger brother. Harel knew at a very young age what he wanted to do when he'd grow up. His father, that used to play the guitar, taught Harel to sing at a very young age and when he was six years old he participated and won a local singing children’s festival contest in Kfar Saba. During the years Harel participated in a variety of children’s shows and singing concerts.
